Audrey Cole

Audrey Cole originally fell in love with databases in the early 1980s while serving as a manager in a communications company. They gave her a tool unlike any other, and she knew then that databases would be her life. Ms. Cole has run her own successful microcomputer consulting business since 1985. She taught courses in hardware, operating systems and applications - including word processing, spreadsheets and databases - nationally for over a decade. Her focus for the last couple of decades has been databases - planning, creating, implementing and supporting databases. She has taught end-user and developer courses in Filemaker, Access and Visual FoxPro. Ms. Cole has always felt the combination of teaching and development work brings a depth and breadth to each that neither can do alone. She has worked with large and small organizations, in both the public and private sectors, in a wide range of industries. Her clients claim one of her greatest strengths is that she can communicate with them in their language, not techno-speak, and can make whatever they want happen effectively and elegantly.
